Creative-Cables ignites solidarity with Cervelli Ribelli

The "Cervelli Ribelli HubLab" is currently being set up in the central Prati district of Rome, a meeting place and center for the dissemination of culture on neurodiversity. The promoter is Gianluca Nicoletti: a journalist, writer, and for decades, the well-known voice of Italian national radio. Nicoletti has a 23-year-old autistic son, Tommy, who has a natural artistic talent.

In the "Cervelli Ribelli HubLab", young people with autism will try to build their independence and, above all, experience real social and professional inclusion. The HubLab will be a permanent laboratory open to experimenting with micro-enterprise models dedicated to families caring for disabled individuals. It will also be a center for sharing best practices, requiring a very nice place.

As Nicoletti himself told us: "when I was designing the electrical system, I discovered Creative-Cables, which seemed to be the ideal solution for communicating the revolutionary concept of the Cervelli Ribelli Pride, also through the choice of esthetic solutions that break with the concept of 'austere sadness' that characterizes all structures dedicated to 'atypical' individuals. Tommy himself came to the Creative-Cables store in Rome to choose colorful lights and cable sheaths (blurry red and orange)."

Here is a video made by Cervelli ribelli that tells the Making of:

Regarding this project, we wanted to support the initiative with our materials, but we also provided advice to train the installers. It took imagination and creativity to integrate aesthetic innovation into the traditional base of a very complex system, considering the need for "collaborative" home automation technology and the fragility of the guests.

As a basis for all connections and controls, we used TUBES cables and accessories, the Creative-Cables system that combines the aesthetics of a textile covering with the practicality of a real wall installation, to which we added other elements such as the S14 System, Spostaluce, and concrete components like Rose One and E27 sockets that fit perfectly into the industrial style of the structure with its exposed pipes. We are very pleased to have contributed to this wonderful initiative and we wish it great success!
