Completed between 2022 and 2023, the Villa Andy project brought new life to a residential building in the stunning Franciacorta region of Brescia, also thanks to the Creative Cables lights.
Spearheaded by designer Luca Cassol (Instagram, Facebook), the renovation—demolition and total reconstruction—embraces a vision of warmth, simplicity, and elegance. The clients, a couple in their 40s, dreamed of a cozy yet refined space that celebrated natural materials like wood and stone, elevated by original details for a Rustic Chic aesthetic.
The spacious interiors include an 85-square-meter living and dining area and a 35-square-meter kitchen. Flooring choices enhance the character of each space: planed oak for the living areas and stone-effect tiles for the kitchen. Custom furniture and paneling crafted from antique first-patina oak were treated with an eco-friendly blend of vegetable oils and waxes, while split local stone adds texture and depth to the walls.
Lighting that elevates every space: Living Area
Imagine a striking chandelier suspended in the double-height space above the sofa. The design uses 11 pendant lamps with warm, soft bulbs encased in sandy-colored wire dome shades. Paired with natural Juta braided cords, they harmonize perfectly with the earthy tones and textures of the space.
Above the dining table
To highlight the breathtaking cedar dining table (320x130 cm, crafted from a single slab), three pendant lamps with black metal shades (Harbor model) were installed. These lights not only illuminate the table with precision but also cast a warm glow upward, enhancing the lofty ceiling space.
